Projects from Past Summer

  • Model for Hematoma

Currently, there are not enough nurses trained to deal with femoral hematomas, and the current training model is neither detailed nor adjustable. This team was working on making a model to mimic a femoral hematoma accurately using an inflatable bladder.

  • Universal Wheelchair Camera Mount (v2)

The client who is a filmmaker, she sits on a wheelchair and always requires some sort of assistance when filming. This team worked on designing an adjustable camera mount that is capable of 360 rotation around a point, a horizontal rotation of 180.
